Action Learning methodology is used. Groups can both work collectively to solve problems as members strengthen individual leadership qualities.
This is suitable for group sizes of 5 or more participants.
The group will be paired with a learning coach, who is a psychologist.
How much does it cost?
Our services are modular. You may select only those which are most relevant to you. Pricing depends on the number of staff involved and / or number of sessions.
